PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily evaluate the fatigue degree in an alkali aqueous solution in a short time. SOLUTION: The fatigue degree in an SC-1 solution containing hydrogen peroxide is evaluated on the basis of the value of the decomposition speed of hydrogen peroxide contained in the SC-1 solution calculated from the reduction quantity per a unit time of hydrogen peroxide contained in the SC-1 solution by measuring the concentration of hydrogen peroxide in the SC-1 solution containing hydrogen peroxide a plurality of times in different timings.
