PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a heat exchanger capable of being surely brazed without exact management of component dimensions, and easily assembled. SOLUTION: In this heat exchanger having a header and a plurality of heat exchange tubes inserted into a plurality of tube insertion holes formed on the header at their end portions, the header has a joint structure divided into a header member A having the comb-shape in a state that each slit of the comb-shape is corresponded to the tube insertion hole, and a header member B joined to the header member A to substantially complete the entire header shape. End portions of the heat exchanger tubes are provided with flanges, and the heat exchange tubes are respectively joined to the header member A in a state that the flanges extend to both sides of the comb-shaped slit of the header member A and pulled by the header member A.
