PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve bonding strength without lowering cushioning performance in a bonding and fixing type clutch disk. SOLUTION: The clutch disk 32 is provided with a pair of annular friction facings 33 oppositely arranged in the axial direction for friction engagement with a flywheel 2, a first cushioning plate 35 disposed between one of the friction facings 33 and a damper mechanism 31 elastically deformably provided in the axial direction and fixed to the one friction facing 33 by an adhesive, and a second cushioning plate 36 disposed between the other friction facing 33 and the damper mechanism 31 elastically deformably provided in the axial direction and fixed to the other friction facing 33 by the adhesive.
