PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive, light and compact power unit with a motor driven transmission device. SOLUTION: The power unit P comprises an internal combustion engine E, and the motor driven transmission device M having a shift drum 22 rotationally driven by a motor. The motor includes a starting motor S for the internal combustion engine E.
