PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the work execution method for building walls which largely improves the efficiency of a building wall construction while giving consideration to the overall efficiency of construction work of the entire building. SOLUTION: An upper lateral frame material 1, a lower lateral frame material 2 and vertical frame materials 3 erected at the both sides of these upper and lower frame materials 1, 2 and between them are combined to form a square frame 4. Prior to erecting plural intermediate vertical frame materials 5 between the upper and lower lateral frame materials 1, 2 in parallel with them within the square frame 4, plural guides 6 are installed beneath the upper frame material 1 and over the lower frame materials 2 along their lengths at an interval wide enough to accommodate the both ends of these intermediate materials 5. The intermediate vertical frame materials 5 are arranged in parallel with the vertical frame materials 3 at both frame ends, and the both ends of these intermediate vertical frame materials 5 are fitted within the guides 6, 6.
