PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lift device for an industrial vehicle, capable of preventing damage to a hose guided by a guide mechanism without using a pulley as a guide mechanism for the hose. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a hydraulic cylinder erected between masts, a pulley 19 for a chain installed at an upper end part of a piston rod 18 in the hydraulic cylinder, a lift bracket 14 connected to the chain 20 wrapped around the pulley 19 for a chain to be vertically moved as the piston rod 18 is extended, and the hose 21 to feed hydraulic medium to an attachment installed on the lift bracket 14. The guide mechanism 22 for a hose is provided at an upper end top part of the piston rod 18. The guide mechanism 22 includes a plurality of rollers 29 for an endless belt, a support member 23 to pivotally support the endless roller 29 to be capable of rolling, and an endless belt 35 wrapped around the roller 29 for an endless belt to support the hose 21 and formed with a circular arc-shaped guide surface.
