PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To locate a front end part of a trailing arm at a high place, while securing mounting work of a swing shaft part of the trailing arm. SOLUTION: The front end part of the trailing arm 11 is positioned in a state of a bush 15 received in an opening part 1a of a rear floor pan 1, and a nut 19 is joined to each end part 16a of a bush center shaft member 16. When mounting the trailing arm 11, the front end part of the trailing arm 11 is inserted into a rear side frame 2 through the opening 1a of the rear side frame 2. The mounting of the trailing arm 11 is completed by fastening a bolt B after inserting the bolt B into the bush center shaft member 16 located at the front end of the trailing arm 11 from a cabin side.
