PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat cushion slide device easily adjusting a seat position of a seat cushion even by a short passanger by varying a curvature radius of circular arc trajectory with which the seat cushion slides backward and forward, and a rotation center position of the seat cushion in accordance with a body shape of the crew. SOLUTION: The seat cushion 2 is made to slide backward and forward along the circular arc trajectory T being concave thereunder. The curvature radius of the circular arc trajectory T, or the rotation center position of the seat cushion 2 during sliding is variable. The smaller the build of the passanger is, the smaller the curvature radius of the circular arc trajectory T becomes. The rotation center of the seat cushion 2 is moved downward. Thus, even the short passanger makes the rotation center of the seat cushion 2 during sliding backward and forward come close to the center of gravity of the passanger, and easily adjusts the seat position of the seat cushion with small power.
