PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a cut vinyl sheet from being caught in or getting into an opening part of the corner of a cutting table. SOLUTION: This cover device 20 of the opening part of the cutter conveyer table is provided in the opening part 19 generated in the corner part of the conveyer table 3 in an automatic cutter 21 where a sheet material 2 is sucked on the top face of a conveyer table 3 to be cut while being held. A cover member 22 displaces to a closing position for covering the surface of the conveyer table 3 in the opening part 19, whereby when the sheet material 2 is sucked and held by the conveyer table 3, the sealing vinyl sheet is prevented from being caught and getting into the opening part. In the non-sucking state of the conveyer table 3 and in the feeding state of the conveyer table 3, the cover member 22 is located in the opening position so that the cover member 22 is moved backward to the opening position spaced from the surface of the conveyer table 3.
