PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phosphoric acid series dispersing agent, and a paste composition and a dispersing method using the same. SOLUTION: The phosphoric acid series dispersing agent has the structure of chemical formula 1 in which B1and B2represent independently a chain containing a hydrophilic section and a hydrophobic section, respectively, and the x and the y are an integer of 0 or 1 independently, but can't be 1 simultaneously.
