PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple and safe turbid water natural flow purifying apparatus most considered in economical efficiency. SOLUTION: The down-flow force of water flowing from a high level to a low level is utilized to purify the turbid water using a safe flocculating and purifying agent, a filter material and an ion exchange material without applying load to environment by the pressure flow of the water.
