METHOD FOR FORMING FOOD DOUGH IN DISK-LIKE SHAPE AND DISK-LIKE FOOD DOUGH OBTAINED BY THE METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extension means by which a spherical food dough can be extended in an accurate disk-like shape. SOLUTION: A revolving drive shaft 43 for revolving conical rollers 46 is mounted. One end of each arm 44 is attached to the revolving drive shaft 43, and the other end of the arm 44 is downward expanded toward a belt conveyer 3 and attached. Conical rollers 46 are pivotally attached to the main shafts of motors 45, respectively. The first motor 42 for revolving the conical rollers 46, and the second motors 45 for rotating the conical rollers 46 are arbitrarily controlled to the rotation rates and rotation directions of both the motors with a controller 5, while using, for example, a servomotor.
