Database system comprises specification, which in each case are assigned to the operators of the database system in the categories which can be displayed. The categories are linked with one another and are arranged in the hierarchy levels. The operator can access the specification assigned to the categories over an appropiate interface in a structured manner. The categories of at least higher hierarchy level represents user intentions (1-5), which in each case describes the interaction between the user and the user interface. The specifications, which are assigned to the same user intention defines user interface, for technical systems and devices, and through the user intention a described kind of the interaction between the user and the user interface can be accomplished. The information can be displayed to the operator of the database system throgh display means.
