The transmission line structure uses a first slabline structure (41) that is rotationally positioned relative to a second slabline structure (43) with one horizontal and the other vertical. Each structure has a central conductor. The coupling between the structures is designed for impedance matching (48). Preferably the first slabline includes at least one of a coupler and a filter and the second slabline is coupled to one of a coaxial connector, an integrated circuit or a transmission line structure.
