A lens transfer device is provided to exclude a guide member by amplifying displacement generated from a piezo-electric actuator and converting the amplified displacement into a linear transfer motion and to exactly transfer lenses correspondently to the displacement of the piezo-electric actuator. A lens transfer device(100) includes a frame(110); a piezo-electric actuator installed at the frame and expanded or contracted according to the applied voltage to secure longitudinal displacement; a displacement expanding unit(200) contacted to one side of the piezo-electric actuator and moved to amplify the displacement of the piezo-electric actuator and output the amplified displacement through a displacement output member; a linear transfer unit(300) connected to an output stage of the displacement output member to convert the displacement amplified in the displacement expanding unit into linear displacement; and a lens barrel(170) contacted with an output stage of the linear transfer unit and transferred in the optical axial direction of a lens(171).
