A hybrid induction motor is provided to prevent the reverse rotation of a rotor and to increase the efficiency thereof by installing a reverse-rotation prevention member. A hybrid induction motor includes a permanent magnet frame(132) rotatably supporting a permanent magnet, a rotation shaft rotated with a permanent magnet rotor, a second permanent magnet(136) and a second stopper(137) provided on an upper surface of the permanent magnet frame, a reverse-rotation prevention device(160), and a first stopper(151) contacting the reverse-rotation prevention device to stop reverse rotation of the rotation shaft. The reverse-rotation prevention device has a first permanent magnet(165).
