A schedule transmission method and a terminal for the same are provided to announce the schedule of a called terminal user to a caller and to offer an interactive, efficient schedule management service for communication terminal users. The user of the first terminal inputs his schedules(S301), creates schedule information messages as multimedia data, and links schedule information messages to the schedules respectively(S302). Then the first terminal user selects objects to be presented with schedule information(S303). If the first terminal receives a call request from the second terminal(S304), the first terminal judges whether the second terminal is an object to be presented with schedule information(S305). In case that it is confirmed that the second terminal is an object to be presented with schedule information, the first terminal transmits associated schedule information(S306).
