A manufacturing method and a structure of a form flaming surface and rear units using a rhombus net as a heart matter with a hard waste resins and soft mixed waste resins are provided to obtain the favorable resilient force from bending by absorbing bending within elastic limit with a bending absorbing groove. A manufacturing method of a form flaming surface and rear units using a rhombus net as a heart matter with a hard waste resins and soft mixed waste resins forms the rhombus net(2) into a repeated Pi shape repeating a plane unit(3) and a circular recessed folded unit(4), inserts the rhombus net in a normal mold, and flame upper and lower parts corresponding to surface and rear units of the form with hard waste resins and soft mixed waste resins. The manufacturing method of a form flaming surface and rear units using a rhombus net as a heart matter with a hard waste resins and soft mixed waste resins supplies hard waste resins with an upper part to form a normal plane surface(7) corresponding to the surface of the form, forms a recessed surface(9) projecting a diamond shaped reinforcing frame(8) at a lower part and a hollow unit(10) penetrating the inside from the front to the rear, supplies soft mixed waste resins with an outer surface repeatedly forming a reinforcing projection unit(11) with a bending absorbing groove(11a), and integrally flames the soft mixed waste resins with the hard waste resins.
