An optical film and an image display apparatus panel using the same are provided to improve adhesion between a base and each of functional layers and not to generate interference fringes. An optical film includes a base(10), a first functional layer(12) formed on one main plane of the base via a first adhesion layer(11), and a second functional layer(14) formed on the other main plane of the base via a second adhesion layer(13) and being different from the first functional layer. The first adhesion layer and the second adhesion layer have different resin. The second functional layer and the second adhesion layer have the same resin. A thickness of the first adhesion layer and a thickness of the second adhesion layer are 1 micrometer or less, and a thickness of the first functional layer and a thickness of the second functional layer are from 1 micrometer to 10 micrometers. |
