A low-density, non-woven structure and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to increase the sense of cozy when wearing the product and to show low density and drapeability. The stream(416) is directed in the machine direction(412) and impacts a stabilized web(410) to form an angle(418) between the stream and the ray(417). The ray is normal to the machine direction. A thin layer of fibers rests on a conveyor and is moved in a machine direction. The layer is first contacted with a plurality of jets which impact the layer in a substantially perpendicular manner to form a stabilized web. The stabilized web continues to move in machine direction and is subsequently contacted with a plurality of streams which are directed along the machine direction to form a structure of the present invention. |
