A paper feeding device and an imaging apparatus having the same are provided to maintain high position accuracy and be conveniently used. A pair of registration rollers(32) are located at an upper side of a transfer device installed in a body of an imaging apparatus. The first conveyance roller(36) conveys papers contained in a paper feeding cassette(16) toward a pair of the registration rollers(32). The first guide part forms a paper feeding path ranged from the first conveyance roller(36) to a pair of the registration rollers(32). The second conveyance roller(40) transmits papers disposed in a manual tray toward a pair of the registration rollers(32). The second guide part confirms a paper feeding path ranged from the second conveyance roller(40) to a pair of the registration rollers(32). Paper feeding base parts maintain and unitize both end parts of rollers of a pair of the registration rollers(32), the first conveyance roller(36), the first guide part, the second conveyance roller(40), and the second guide part. A paper feeding unit(34) attached to the body of the imaging apparatus has a pair of the registration rollers(32), the first conveyance roller(36), the first guide part, the second conveyance roller(40), the second guide part, and the paper feeding base parts.
