A secure printing system using font information and a method thereof are provided to prevent an unauthorized user from accessing when a classified document is printed with a network printer by separating a printing job into the font information and non-font information, and storing the font information and the non-font information. A splitter(105) splits the received printing job into the font information and the non-font information. A movable memory(107) stores the font information. A printer(150) receives the font information from the movable memory, receives the non-font information from the splitter, generates the printing job by combining the received font information and non-font information, and prints the generated printing job. The font information includes at least one of a font size, type, and color.
