A connection structure of a thermocouple sheath is provided to secure the flexibility by engaging connection sections between adjacent thermocouple sheaths. In a connection structure of a thermocouple sheath(2) including a plurality of sheaths, a protrusion is formed at an end of one side of each sheath and a recess corresponding to the protrusion is formed at the other end. The protrusion and the recess of adjacent sheaths are engaged with each other. The protrusion is cut so as to form a predetermined angle on both sides and the recess has a structure corresponding to the protrusion.
