A sterilizing treatment apparatus is provided to remove aversion to water and to prevent a user's disease by mixing high density sterilizing substances obtained by multi-stage electrolysis of salt water with water, and to reduce the cost by automatically checking and controlling remaining chlorinity in pool. The sterilizing treatment apparatus includes a first electrolysis device(100), a second electrolysis device, and a control device(300). The first electrolysis device includes a salt water tank(110), a salt water injecting pump(120), a first electrolysis cell(130) having a first electrolysis panel(131), a sterilizing water tank(140), a circulation pump(150), and a medicine injecting pump(160).
