Fermented soybeans containing an opuntia ficus-indica extract are provided to allow users to enjoy fermented soybean pills, and to completely remove bad odors unique to fermented soybeans, while causing no loss of nutritional elements and maintaining a savory taste and color unique to fermented soybeans. The fermented soybeans containing an opuntia ficus-indica extract are obtained by the method comprising the steps of: swelling washed soybeans in water; extracting opuntia ficus-indica to obtain an opuntia ficus-indica extract; mixing the soybeans, the opuntia ficus-indica extract and water in a ratio of 2:0.4-1.6:1; steaming the resultant mixture at 110-130 deg.C for 3-4 hours; and cooling the steam-boiled soybeans in a fermentation pot and fermenting them for 24-36 hours in a fermentation chamber. The above extraction step comprises the steps of: finely pulverizing washed opuntia ficus-indica; adding water to the opuntia ficus-indica in an amount corresponding to 3 times the weight of the opuntia ficus-indica; heating the aloe at 110-130 deg.C for 20-40 minutes; further heating the opuntia ficus-indica at 70-80 deg.C for 120-180 minutes; and filtering off the solid content to obtain an opuntia ficus-indica extract. |
