A refrigerator having a display part and an A/V(Audio/Video) system are provided to connect an A/V signal source and/or the network, the refrigerator, and an A/V output device without using any A/V distributor and/or Internet sharing device. Each A/V input port(12a-12n) receives an A/V signal from the connected A/V signal source. An A/V processor(14a) converts the received A/V signal into a video format to be processed in the display part(15). Each A/V output port(13a-13m) is connected to an A/V output device. The A/V distributor(11) makes the A/V signal inputted through the A/V input port output to at least one of the A/V processor and the A/V output port. A communication input port(17a) is connected to the network. Each communication output port(18a-18k) is connected to a communication device. A communication processor(14b) is connected to the network through the communication input port. A communication distributor(16) makes at least one of the communication device and the communication processor connected to the network.
