A slide transfer apparatus of a manufacture apparatus for a cold cathode fluorescent lamp is provided to minimize vibration of a glass tube and to improve work reliability by simultaneously rotating a guide arm and a rotational arm. An S-shaped bending rail(310) is installed on an inner side of a supporting frame(300). Inner/outer moving rails(410,420) and inner and inner/outer moving brackets(411,421) are installed on inner and outer sides of a guide frame(400). A narrow supporting plate(423) is attached onto an upper of the outer moving bracket to be integrated with a timing belt(404) that is rotated by a motor(405). A rotational unit(500) is installed between the supporting frame and the guide frame. A rotational guide(600) is installed at the S-shaped bending rail to move the inner/outer moving brackets linearly. A guide arm(520) is installed at a side of a connection shaft(530) to be rotated together with a rotational arm.
