A punching machine for a flexible printed circuit board is provided to remove influence on a processing accuracy after punching by minimizing deformation of an assembly accuracy when using the punching machine for a long time. In a punching machine for a flexible printed circuit board, a punch unit part(100) punches a guide hole of the printed circuit board. A die unit part(200) includes a fixing unit fixing and supporting the printed circuit board. An X/Y axis direction movement control unit controls an X/Y direction movement of the punch unit part. A control unit(300) is installed in the punching machine. The punch unit part(100) includes a vertical support plate, a horizontal support plate of which one end is coupled with the vertical support plate and the other end is coupled with the X/Y axis direction movement control unit, an up/down driving unit which is coupled with the vertical support plate and drives an up/down vertical motion of the punch, and a punch coupling unit coupled with the punch. The up/down driving unit includes a sub motor coupled with an upper part of the vertical support plate, a driving pulley coupled with the vertical support plate to be connected with the sub motor, a driving belt coupled with the driving pulley to transfer a rotary force of the sub motor to a passive pulley, the passive pulley which is coupled with the driving pulley and rotates by the transferred rotary force of the sub motor, a crank unit performing an up/down straight motion of the punch by the rotary force transferred to the passive pulley, and a first vertical connection unit transforming the rotary motion of the crank unit to the up/down straight motion. A punching process for the printed circuit board fixed to the die unit part(200) is performed by a driving type of the crank unit to perform a vertically shuttling motion by transforming the one-direction rotary motion of the crank unit to the straight motion.
