A heat pipe manufacturing method through the use of a pressure deformation sealing process includes the following steps of (A) produce a package, (B) providing a substantially flat surface and an opening formed on theflat surface, (C) performing a deaerating & filling process, and (D) compressing the package along a direction perpendicular to the flat surface with a first clamping device and a second clamping device, so as to deform and extend part of the package to seal the opening.
