Device for verification of locking or unlocking a lock that immobilizes a cover in and closing a frame

The device has an arm (10) kinematically connected to a bolt (7) of a lock (3) for being moved between two extreme positions respectively corresponding to locking and unlocking positions of the bolt. The lock permits to lock a cover (1) or a sealing buffer to a frame (2) of a pavement manhole. Sensors (11, 12) e.g. magnetic sensors, are integrated to the frame and are connected to a telemonitoring center. The sensors provide information signals corresponding to locking and unlocking positions of the bolt with the cover.
