A method to deaerate and fill working fluid into a ductile package with a sucking disk includes (A) providing a substantially flat surface encircling the opening, (B) mounting a sucking disk onto the opening, the sucking disk comprising a deformation part and a through hole penetrating through the deformation part, a sucking ring being formed in an outer ringed region of the deformation part for adhering to the surface, (C) deaerating gas inside the cavity of the package through the through hole, (D) filling working fluid into the cavity of the package through the through hole, and (E) sealing the opening.
