A slide assembly for slide-type mobile phones and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to improve productivity and work efficiency by molding a guide rail member and the first and second guide bars in an insert method and manufacturing them into a single unit and to maximize the slimness of a system by improving an assembly structure using the first/second torsion springs and the bush clip of the guide rail member. A slide assembly comprises a guide rail member(10), a slide member, and the first and second torsion springs(31,32). The first and second guide bars(12) of the guide rail member(10) are extended and formed along both sides of a rectangular plate(11). Both sides of the plate(21) of the slide member, inserted into the first and second guide bars(12) so as to make sling motion, combine with sliders(25). Both ends of the first and second torsion springs(31,32) are roratably connected on the guide rail member(10) and the slide member. As the ends of the first and second guide bars(12) are inserted into the upper and lower parts of the plate(11), the guide rail member(10) is molded in an insert method and formed in a single unit.
