A fabric structure and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to use the reinforcing warp and weft when waving the fabric, thereby increasing the fixing force of the fabric. The fabric structure(20) includes plural general warps(22) contacted with a side of a tape yarn made of polyolefin or polyester materials. Aluminum thin layers(11a,11b) are stacked on a tape yarn(10a) made of polyolefin or polyester materials so that a general warp(24) is manufactured. A reinforcing warp and a reinforcing weft(25) are made of synthetic orignal yarns. The tape yarn made of polyolefin or polyester materials is used to plural general warps. The general warp is made of any one materials selected from polyethylene, polypropylene and poly-isobutylene. |
