<p>The invention relates to a device meant for the magnetic treatment, at a pipe level, of a circulated fluid, such as water, liquid or gaseous fuels or crude oil. According to the invention, the device consists of some modules (1) of the bipolar magnetic circuit type, arranged along a pipe (2) between which there are located some intermediary spacing bushes (3), there being achieved a heteropolar assembly, with alternating magnetic poles, each module (1) comprising a central cylindrical permanent magnet (4) with magnetizing direction axial in relation to the pipe (2), with the lateral surface protected by a bush (5) made of non-magnetic material, and at the two frontal surfaces, there is provided with a conical ferromagnetic polar piece (6) which has also a role of protection and which delimits, together with a frontal ring yoke (7) having the interior surface conically conjugated, which is made of ferromagnetic material, the two tronconical circular entrefers (delta), wherethrough there is circulated the treated liquid, whose size is provided by some intermediary spacers (8) made of non-ferromagnetic material, being arranged between the polar pieces (6) and the ring yokes (7), the appropriate distance between the two ring yokes (7) being acieved by a magnetic bush (9), as a yoke, made of ferromagnetic material, the reinforcement of each module (1) being made by some threaded rods (10), which axially cross the construction, at the level of the intermediary spacers (8), and for efficiently sealing the permanent magnet (4), compatible sticking materials are introduced between the lateral protection bush (5) of the magnet (4) and the frontal polar piece (6).</p> |
