A system for pre-settling a home delivery charge paid from a receiver is provided to increase goods sale effect of an Internet shopping mall or a seller by preventing problems caused when a buyer is not present in a delivery place or has no money for paying the home delivery charge, and reducing burden of the buyer with a low home delivery charge. An Internet shopping mall server(20) issues a home delivery ticket to a buyer terminal(10), authenticates a settlement request for the home delivery ticket presented from the buyer terminal, and settles the home delivery charge to a home delivery company server(30) after authentication. The home delivery company server receives a goods delivery request from the Internet shopping mall server and receives the home delivery charge paid for delivered goods. The Internet shopping mall server includes a home delivery ticket authentication server(21) issuing the home delivery ticket to the user, determining authenticity of the home delivery ticket by receiving a password of the home delivery ticket from the buyer terminal, and transmitting an authentication result to the buyer terminal, and a settlement server(22). |
