FIELD: meteorology, in particular, controlling of large-scale vortex atmospheric formations. ^ SUBSTANCE: construction is made in the form of bearing central support and horizontal disk-shaped centrally symmetrical structure equipped with vertical channels and mounted on bearing central support. Vertical channels are made in the form of hexahedrons and positioned so as to define combs for enabling returning of earth air flows into main vortex and are arranged in hexagonal order. The size of disk-shaped construction is 100-120 m. The length of channel is defined as square root of the size of said construction. Construction upper boundary is arranged at the height of 25-30 m. ^ EFFECT: increased efficiency in controlling of large-scale vortex atmospheric formations. ^ 7 dwg
