FIELD: medicine; traumatology; orthopedics. ^ SUBSTANCE: device has to be a fork composed of on-bone part and teeth for intrusion inside epiphysis of bone. Device is made of round-shaped springing bent needle. On-bone part is curved in form of "8" digit; openings for teeth are formed in it. Teeth are curved at sharp angle to on-bone part and in direction to meet each other. Elastic compression between fractures of bones at different breaks of neck and head of shoulder bone is provided. ^ EFFECT: reduced traumatic influence onto bone tissues. ^ 2 dwg
