FIELD: electrical engineering; universal motors and their control boards. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed universal-motor control board assembly has control board proper incorporating adequately shaped base part connected to motor stator; plurality of holding parts passed from base part and made of definite length; adequately shaped bearing mounting part design to receive bearing and placed on ends of holding parts; plurality of adequately shaped holder parts made on base part which are provided with fastening and heat-radiating holes and are used to mount mentioned board and to radiate heat; and plurality of mounting parts for spring and brush installed, respectively, in board holder part; as well as springs joined with board spring mounting parts and designed for flexible retention of board, respectively. In addition, control board assembly has wiring part. Base part in made in the form following that of motor stator. ^ EFFECT: reduced number of motor components which reduced manufacturing cost; reduced number of assembly steps which enhances motor assembly productivity. ^ 12 cl, 6 dwg |
