FIELD: construction engineering; production of building mixes for various cast-in-place constructions and repair jobs; construction of dwelling and industrial houses and automobile and railway roads. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes treatment of binder with super-plasticizing agent in grinding chamber at mechanical action; treatment is carried out in aerodynamic grinding chamber with grinding bodies; grinding is continued for 1 s at specific mechanical action of 1.5-2.0 W per kg of activated binder and rotational speed of grinding bodies in aerodynamic grinding chamber of 40-100 rpm. Used as binder is cement of the following composition, mass-%: cement, 80-83.3; super-plasticizing agent, 16.7-20.0. When gypsum G-2 and G-6 is used as binder, treatment is performed at specific mechanical action of 1.6-1.7 W per kg of activated binder at the following ratio of components, mass-%: gypsum, 98.0-99.0; super-plasticizing agent, 1.0-2.0. When quartz sand is used as binder, treatment is performed at specific mechanical action of 1.7-2.0 W per kg of activated binder at the following ratio of components, mass-%: quartz sand, 90.9-95.2; super-plasticizing agent, 4.8-9.1. When dolomite is used as binder, treatment is performed at specific mechanical action of 1.7-2.0 W per kg of activated binder at the following ratio of components, mass-%: dolomite, 90.9-95.2; super-plasticizing agent, 4.8-9.1. ^ EFFECT: reduced power requirements; enhanced strength of articles of mixes due to enhanced efficiency of grinding. ^ 5 cl, 1 tbl |
