FIELD: transport. ^ SUBSTANCE: device for turning of erecting crane hook contains hook block with hook, crane blocks, polyspast system, remote hook-turn system, reduction gear with electric engine attached to transverse member, hoist feeding cable for remote hook-turn system. On top of hook block of crane blocks from two sides rectangular sections of channel profile are attached by flanges with aid of channel links. On longitudinal symmetry axes of links and on rectangular sections symmetry axes coaxial orifices are made containing tubes with ball bearings for drive shafts inside ends, one end of drive shaft turned towards hook block symmetry axis having massive high-strength disk whirligig gyroscopes attached, other end of drive shaft is connected to high-speed electric motor. Feeding of power to hook block is effected via hoist cable winded on drum with casing driven via reduction gear with fluid flywheel intensifying cable tension. ^ EFFECT: enhancement of safety conditions and construction process. ^ 4 dwg |
