FIELD: the invention refers to measuring technique and may find application in navigational systems. ^ SUBSTANCE: for achieving the given result land-surveying coordinates of the navigational complex placed on a carrier are measured and with the aid of an arrangement there placed of definition of the object relatively to the arrangement. The parameters of the vector of the position of the object relatively to the arrangement and the vector of the position of the navigational complex are defined.
