FIELD: building industry; methods of production of the foaming additives used for preparation of the construction mixtures based on the cement. ^ SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of building industry, in particular, to the methods of production of the foaming additives used for preparation of the construction mixtures with the certain properties and may be used for production the foaming additive from the products of the wood reprocessing. The method of production of the foaming additive for the construction mixtures based on the cement provides for neutralization of the wood tar. In the capacity of the wood tar use the resin extracted from the acid water by extraction of the acid water with the help of the organic dissolvent, with the subsequent distillation from the extract of the dissolvent and extraction of the resin. At that the acid water used for extraction of the resin is formed after separation of the settling resin from the liquid products of the pyrolysis of the wood, and neutralization of the wood tar is exercised up to = 10-12 using the alkali solution, in particular - caustic soda at the temperature of not exceeding 90°. At that as the organic dissolvent they use acetic esters, in particular, the ethyl-acetate, butyl acetate.
