The device has a shield (3) composed of a curved side pivoting on a rotation axle (4) which connects the side to a rear case (1) containing a portable extinguisher. A stop element (5) placed on an upper part of the case permits to reposition the shield in the axle. A sound and/or visual system related to the GTC of the firm following the prescription of the client is provided for detecting the presence of the extinguisher during the gripping of the extinguisher.
