A hydraulic circuit (50) for a toroidal transmission (10) comprises a single pump (70), a main pressure controller (74) connected to the pump (70) to generate a main line pressure (PL) in a main line (72), a roller controller (100) connected to the main line (72) to generate two roller control pressures (P1', P2') from the main line pressure (PL), at least one hydraulic roller actuator (102) for adjusting a roller (34) in a toroidal space (32) set up by two disks (28, 30), the roller actuator (102) being connected to the roller controller (100), a disk controller (110) connected to the main line (72), a disk control pressure (PEL) being generated in the disk controller (110) from the main line pressure (PL), and at least one hydraulic disk actuator (112) for axially adjusting at least one of the disks (28, 30), the disk actuator (112) being connected to the disk controller (110). ® KIPO & WIPO 2007
