<p>The method involves allowing a rotative unit of a hinge device (10) to enter into an automatic rotation range by the sliding of two movable case units (7, 9) of a portable device (5) with respect to each other, when the device is in a completely folded state. The movable units (7, 9) are displaced before being spaced from each other by the suppression of an external force for the sliding movement and by rotatively driving the rotative unit. The rotative unit is coupled to one of the units (7, 9) and the units (7, 9) are placed in reciprocal contact or are spaced from each other. An independent claim is also included for a rotative device for utilization with a portable device.</p> |
