An anchor bolt and a construction method thereof is provided to facilitate manufacture and management by integrally molding a bolt pairing with a wedge pipe and a penetration pin. An anchor bolt comprises a bolt(11) provided with a head unit(13) formed at one side of a bolt body(12) having a thread unit(14) on the outer peripheral surface and a wedge(15) integrally taped at the other side; and a wedge pipe(16) provided with plural incised grooves(21) longitudinally formed at the rear end of the wedge pipe having a combining hole(18) longitudinally penetrating the center to be combined to the bolt, and a thread unit(19) formed on the inner peripheral surface of the front end of the combining hole to be combined to the thread unit of the bolt body. The rear end unit of the combining hole has an inner diameter getting narrower as going to the rear end to extend when combining to the wedge of the bolt body.
