A decontamination system for vehicles includes a moveable carriage (2, figure 2) and a fluid spray means. The fluid spray means is connected to the carriage which is moveable, past the underside of a vehicle, by means including a rotating mechanism. The rotating mechanism comprises a main rotating arm 12 and twin secondary rotating arms, the main arm being located centrally between the secondary arms.
