FINISHING PROCESS FOR IMPARTING WASH DURABILITY AND ANTI-BACTERIAL PROPERTIES TO TEXTILE

A finishing process for imparting washing durability and anti-bacterial properties to the textile is provided to soak the textile into the anti-bacterial liquid containing silver nano particles. The textile is dyed and dried. Thereafter, the texture is continuously immersed in the anti-bacterial liquid containing the concentration of silver nano particles of 100 to 2000rpm. The silver nano particles are attached at silica particles of 6 to 10nm and have a diameter of 1-3mm. Thereafter, the texture is squeezed by a mangle with a pickup rate of 4-60%, dried at 100-150 degrees in centigrade for 60-120seconds. The heat of the texture is fixed at 170-195 degrees in centigrade for 30-45 seconds.
