Orthotic kits and assemblies with contoured insole and pads and wedges

An orthotic kit based on a new orthotic 'model' is disclosed which has a contoured insole, a wedge (17) for location under the lateral region of the fore foot region of the insole, and a wedge (18) for location under the medial region of the rear foot region of the insole. Typically there is also an inserted pad for each of a medial region of the forefoot and for a lateral region of the rear foot (13, 14). Typically, each wedge is at least as hard as the contoured insole.
