<p>A porous silicon solar cell formed on a thin plate type silicon substrate and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to obtain aiming thickness and surface reflectivity from the solar cell itself and to improve efficiency of photoelectric energy transformation by forming front and rear porous silicon layers using a wet chemical etching process. A front porous silicon layer(400) is formed on a front surface of a P type silicon substrate by using a first wet chemical etching process. An N type silicon emitter layer(300) is formed on the front porous silicon layer. A rear porous silicon layer(200) is formed on a rear surface of the substrate by using a second wet chemical etching process. An ARC(Anti-Reflective Coating) is formed on the N type silicon emitter layer.</p> |
